Charing Point to Point

Easter is usually the perfect opportunity to escape the cold British weather and sunbathe on a Mediterranean beach. However this year, the sun decided to stay in the UK and, whilst friends and family in Spain complained about the miserable wet weather over there - Seville had it particularly bad and its Holy Week parades had to be suspended, much to the upset of the devoted locals –, we enjoyed the most glorious weather throughout the Easter break and for once we were glad not to have any plans and being able to play it by ear.

Here’s what some of the Caradiaz team got up to on Saturday…

The weather was absolutely gorgeous

The racing horses were beautiful and in great form!

Amongst the trendy young crowd we spotted Fedora hats, Mulberry bags...

... lots of denim shorts and gladiator sandals...

...and, of course, maxi-dresses.

I didn't actually notice much jewellery - hardly any in fact - but the Mowani necklace I wore on the day got compliments from several young women, a couple of whom have already ordered theirs!

Me and my Mowani necklace

And just before the last race of the day, a final rest to enjoy a cold drink and some ice-cream.
