The London Fashion Week schedule for today included a ‘Special Slot’ at 11am in EC4. This discreet notation referred to the memorial service held for Alexander McQueen at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London and attended by family and friends, including some of fashion’s crème de la crème. more »

I was giving my daughter her supper this evening when the 7 o'clock News on Channel 4 opened with the sad news of the death of Alexander McQueen. My jaw just dropped in disbelief.
